How to add existing project into the workspace

Question:

As we can add existing model to the project, can we add existing project into the workspace?

Answer:

It is possible to have more than one workspace. (To switch to another workspace, goto File>Switch workspace)

By default, the path is assigned to C:\OPAL-RT\RT-LAB10.X.X\workspace

All new projects will be created within that folder.

Note that projects can be removed/deleted from the workspace without being physically removed from the workspace folder on your hard drive.

Hence, you may import existing project (which I think this is your question)

To do this, goto File>Import (or right click inside the Project Explorer>Import)

Then go to General>Existing Projects into Workspace, and Next

Then in the next window,

Choose "Select root directory" to point to the exact project folder or the workspace containing many project folders.

(For example C:\OPAL-RT\RT-LAB10.X.X\workspace)

Then, you can check or uncheck projects that you want to import.

Otherwise, choose "Select Archive file" if the project to import in a *.zip file (which could be generated from a project export).
