FTP connection with RT-LAB (Updated for a common issue on Redhat Target)

If you need to transfert files trough FTP trough RT-LAB there are two easy ways:

First Open a Window explorer and type

ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx represents the IP adress of the RT-LAB target for ex: 192.168.0.130)

The default login is: ntuser

password: ntuser

Once this is done, you could transfert by drag and drop any files you wish to tranfert.

Note: It has been reported that if one tried to connect a Redhat Target using the method above, Windows Explorer would be linked to a place on the target, where you do not have permission to transfer files (as shown in the attached picture). In such a case, you need to type ftp://ntuser:ntuser@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, where XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is your IP.

There also a free application called Filezilla
