Who should attend?
  • Electrical engineers who need to design, study and/or control any of the above electrical machines (motors and generators)
  • Electrical engineers who need to design, study and/or control power electronic systems, such as inverters, SVCs, IGBTs,
    FACTS etc.
  • Engineering managers who need to assess the latest methodologies and technologies for electric drive design in order to
    understand the benefits to his/her R & D group
  • Academic researchers and teachers who need to introduce the latest methodologies and technologies to his/her team or students

Prerequisites

An engineering degree; previous background or basic knowledge of Electromechanical Modeling and Simulation is helpful but not required.
