Please complete the following form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Requests are typically processed in one business day. 

IMPORTANT: Please do not ship any items to Opal-RT Customer Support without a valid RMA confirmation.  Doing so may result in sent item not being received by Customer Support or in severe delays in the replacement or repair of returned product.  Opal-RT accepts no responsibility for items shipped without a valid RMA.
