Caroline Martel Joins OPAL-RT to Lead the Company's Next Chapter

OPAL-RT TECHNOLOGIES, a global leader in real-time simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing solutions, announces the appointment of Caroline Martel as General Manager and Interim Chief Technology Officer.

Joining OPAL-RT in January 2026, Caroline Martel brings extensive experience in engineering leadership and simulation technologies. An electrical engineer by training, she previously held leadership positions at CAE and built extensive experience in the aerospace simulation sector. Her expertise, combined with a deep understanding of innovation-driven organizations, will support OPAL-RT’s continued growth and long-term vision.
