| Microgrid is an important part of the future intelligent distribution system, which is of great significance in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. Compared to AC microgrids, DC microgrids can be efficiently and reliably integrated with distributed renewable energy generation systems such as wind and light farm, energy storage units, electric vehicles, and other DC power loads. As a complex power supply system, DC microgrid needs to allocate and optimize the power allocation for each power generation unit and energy storage equipment in the island mode, so as to achieve efficient and reliable power management, however, the dynamic tracking performance and calculation efficiency are not satisfying while using offline system to perform functional verification, demonstration and testing of the isolated DC microgrid. The on-site test platform is difficult to build and expensive. HIL technology can overcome the disadvantages of offline simulation in verifying the performance of the actual controller, while effectively reduce the pre-deployment technological risk. This report will discuss in detail the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology of the isolated DC microgrid based on previous research and demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of the platform being built. |
