This presentation highlights XM's experience in the National Dispatch Center (CND) and the Wholesale Energy Market (MEM), focusing on its innovation trajectory and the integration of advanced analytics in power systems. Tools such as Sax by XM and Sax AI are presented, used for conducting day-to-day project analyses. Additionally, the capabilities, architecture, and benefits of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) solutions are explored, along with concrete use cases and the technological ecosystem in Colombia. Lastly, a future vision is outlined, inviting collaboration to develop new use cases.
