RT25 | Texas Tech’s Critical Infrastructure Security Institute Lab Overview

Dr. Manohar Chamana from Texas Tech University presents the Critical Infrastructure Security Institute’s cyber-physical systems (CPS) testbed. The lab integrates OPAL-RT’s HYPERSIM and RT-LAB for real-time simulation, enabling cybersecurity research with AI-based intrusion detection, SDN automation, and federated learning. Demonstrations include HIL validation and attack-response testing on the GLEAMM microgrid.
