New Breakthrough in Full Topology HIL Simulation Testing for On-Board Chargers

SHINRY Technologies is a pioneer in China's new energy vehicle power electronics sector. Since June 2025, SHINRY has partnered with OPAL-RT China to successfully build a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation test platform covering the full-link topology of on-board chargers (OBC). The project adopts OPAL-RT's latest generation FPGA hardware (OP4800-IO series) and the FPGA-based power electronics simulation toolbox eHS. The main products under test include high-frequency two-stage DC/DC circuits and bidirectional power high-frequency three-phase OBC circuits from mass production lines. The automated testing system significantly improves test efficiency and coverage, helping SHINRY identify potential risks in advance and accelerating innovation and reliability enhancement in new energy vehicle power systems.
