Hardware-In-the-Loop simulation with renewable penetration: challenges and approaches
Date: September 14th, 2020
Time: 4 p.m. CEST
Do not miss OPAL-RT’s presentation dealing with the challenges and approaches of Hardware-In-the-Loop simulation with renewable penetration. The presentation will discuss Microgrid applications and long-distance transmission systems with HVDC. A live demonstration with a distribution grid of 549 nodes connected to a microgrid composed of PV arrays, wind turbine, storage and various loads will be simulated and some scenarios will be presented.
