Learn how the GEISER group of the University of Alcala used OPAL-RT’s OP5707XG real-time simulator with the goal of running the primary control outside the converter. That is, to run it on an external real-time simulator or an external server. This project, sponsored by the Velox-PS company, results from years of collaboration between the GEISER group and OPAL-RT to improve the capabilities of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems.
