[RT-LAB + eHS Gen 3] Two Level Bridge Example Model Not Running Offline

Warning
Please note this is a legacy Knowledge Base article, eHS Gen 3 is not maintained since 2018.

Problem

The error below appears when trying to run the example demo model "two_level_bridge_rtlab" from eHS Gen 3:

Undefined function 'efsSolverInfo' for input arguments of type 'char'.

How to solve it?

Solution

Step 1. Close the Simulink model

Step 2. In the MATLAB Command Window, run the m-script coming from C:\OPAL-RT\EFPGASIM\v1.4.X.XXX\eFPGAsim_m by navigating to the location and dragging and dropping the file to the Command prompt.

Step 3. Reopen your model and make sure that Simulink is pointing to the correct directory. Your offline error should be solved now.
