Reference Number: AA-01564// Views: AA-01564// Created: 2018-11-27 15:24:49// Last Updated: 2019-10-08 20:04:49 Problem & Solution Low voltage at the output of a Digital Out (DOUT) card - OP5360-2 and OP5360-1 Problem Low voltage at the output of a Digital Out (DOUT) card If you have a card with part number 126-0466 (OP5360-2) or 126-0447 (OP5360-1) you may get an output voltage lower than expected. This only happens when the model runs on the simulator before power is supplied to the Vuser pin of the IO card. Note that you can verify this information by looking at your System Description Document. You should have a hard copy in a binder and a digital copy in your Customer CD. See also this article. Solution The quick solution is to make sure the IO card is powered at the Vuser prior to running a model.
